The engineering team used MAXWEL software for 3D magnetic analysis and data testing on the ratio of magnet/iron shell thickness to achieve the optimal solution of magnetic strength and magnetic shield on the back. For magnetic pole symbols with complex patterns, laser carving and special fixture are used to improve the efficiency and consistency of laser carving. The overall scheme has been unanimously recognized by customers.
